Amanda is a former Michigander and University of Michigan Alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Now a longtime resident in the Tampa Bay Area, she has gained 15 years of experience in Residential Property Management along with being a licensed FL Realtor. She stays busy with her husband and their blended family. In her personal time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, scuba diving, and volunteering her time and resources to supporting and protecting Sea Turtles.
Dana Murdock, Sales Advisor
Dana is an Annapolis, Maryland native who traded the mountain views of Black Hawk, Colorado for the sunny shores of Saint Petersburg, Florida, where she now enjoys life by the water with her five children. Growing up along the Chesapeake Bay sparked her lifelong love of the coast, and after years of adventure in Colorado, she knew the ocean was calling. Today, Saint Pete’s vibrant community and coastal charm feel like home, and as a Florida Realtor®, Dana is passionate about helping others find their dream homes—whether it’s a beachfront escape or a cozy neighborhood retreat—bringing energy, care, and enthusiasm to make the process fun, easy, and exciting. Kim moved to Florida 9 years ago from Cincinnati, OH. She and her husband love living within walking distance to the Gulfport Beach and art events. Kimberly is an accomplished artist herself who brings more than 20 years of Customer Service, Hospitality, and Office Administration experience to help the team at Beach House Cottage Retreat.
Jeff Ortiz, Maintenance Tech
Jeff is a former New Yorker and longtime Yankees fan who has spent many years working in construction, masonry, and landscaping. A true Jack of all trades, he enjoys putting his skills to work and lending a helping hand whenever someone needs it. Jeff moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2013 and is proud to call Florida home. He loves his community and is the kind of person who will greet you with a meaningful handshake, a genuine smile, and a willingness to help. Jeff has been with his wife for 20 years, after knowing her for 30 years, and together they have built a home they love. He is also a proud dog Dad to two adorable multi-poos named Raven and Rogue. When he isn’t helping others, Jeff enjoys working on his house and turning it into the perfect home for his family. He also loves traveling in his travel trailer and exploring new places. And when it comes to entertainment, Jeff is a big fan of Marvel and Star Wars.
Above all, Jeff is a hardworking, loyal, community-minded guy who believes in treating people with kindness, showing up when he’s needed, and always lending a helping hand.

Alexia Levens joined Beach House Cottage Retreat in 2025 and brings more than 26 years of experience creating exceptional residential communities. With a thoughtful, hands-on leadership style, Alexia focuses on building strong relationships, guiding meaningful improvements, and ensuring Beach House continues to grow in a way that benefits both the community and its residents. Her background in overseeing major projects, managing operations, and collaborating with partners allows her to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day care, helping make Beach House a place people are proud to call home.
