Amanda is a former Michigander and University of Michigan Alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Now a longtime resident in the Tampa Bay Area, she has gained 15 years of experience in Residential Property Management along with being a licensed FL Realtor. She stays busy with her husband and their blended family. In her personal time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, scuba diving, and volunteering her time and resources to supporting and protecting Sea Turtles.
Dana Murdock, Guest Services
Dana is an Annapolis, Maryland native who traded the mountain views of Black Hawk, Colorado for the sunny shores of Saint Petersburg, Florida, where she now enjoys life by the water with her five children. Growing up along the Chesapeake Bay sparked her lifelong love of the coast, and after years of adventure in Colorado, she knew the ocean was calling. Today, Saint Pete’s vibrant community and coastal charm feel like home, and as a Florida Realtor®, Dana is passionate about helping others find their dream homes—whether it’s a beachfront escape or a cozy neighborhood retreat—bringing energy, care, and enthusiasm to make the process fun, easy, and exciting. Originally from Kentucky, Linda has called Florida home since 1999 and joined Beach House Cottage Retreat in 2025. With 16 years in banking across Pinellas County and the past decade in residential communities, she brings a strong service-focused approach to every interaction. Active in the community, she has served with the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce, sits on her community HOA, and volunteers with Suncoast Hospice. A Tampa Bay sports fan, live music lover, and proud dog mom, she treasures time with her family—especially her grandchildren—and is passionate about creating a welcoming, exceptional experience for every Beach House resident.
Alexia Levens, Director of Operations
Alexia Levens joined Beach House Cottage Retreat in 2025 and brings more than 26 years of experience creating exceptional residential communities. With a thoughtful, hands-on leadership style, Alexia focuses on building strong relationships, guiding meaningful improvements, and ensuring Beach House continues to grow in a way that benefits both the community and its residents. Her background in overseeing major projects, managing operations, and collaborating with partners allows her to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day care, helping make Beach House a place people are proud to call home.
